Mentor – Make a difference in Pasifika young people’s lives!

Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia in partnership with Charis Youth and Community, delivers the Reniu Pasifika Program – a culturally grounded mentoring initiative for Pasifika young people aged 12-18 involved in the Youth Justice system.

Guided by the Tautai Ecological Model, the program fosters identity, connection, and resilience through consistent one-to-one mentoring and group-based engagement.

Position Description

This unique paid Mentoring role is your opportunity to support Pasifika young people navigating the Youth Justice system, helping them strengthen their cultural identity, wellbeing, and connection to community through one-to-one mentoring and group activities.
